At Tamworth, we manufacture Neptune (our patented lightweight acoustic fibre) and support it with full assembly and conversion capabilities. The facility includes waterjet cutting, polyurethane moulding, and all key finishing operations. It serves as a strategic outlet for UK and European markets alike.

Established in 2013, our Düsseldorf operations serve OEMs and Tier‑1s across Germany and beyond. This location supports new product introduction, assembly and conversion of noise and heat management systems. It also supports the flooring underlay market with special acoustic products, aiding diversification and regional growth.

Since 2012 our joint‑venture in Gothenburg has combined British and Swedish engineering excellence to produce lightweight acoustic, thermal and NVH materials. Equipped with moulding presses and 3D water‑jet cutting, it offers die‑cutting, edge sealing, hot trimming and sonic welding. It manufactures light foam with application‑specific scrims and heat shields.
