The auCoustic range includes open- and closed-cell foams, as well as multi-layer composites with films, barriers or nonwoven layers. Materials are selected and tuned to meet specific NVH targets, processing requirements and environmental performance goals. Thickness, density and facing layers can be adapted to meet acoustic, thermal or weight reduction objectives.

High-density acoustic barriers developed to block noise and damp vibration. Ideal for demanding NVH applications, these durable materials integrate with foams or fibres to deliver thermal, structural and acoustic performance in harsh environments.

auCoustic materials are used throughout the vehicle, from cabin trims to engine bays, wheel arches, HVAC systems and underfloors. Their ability to conform to complex shapes and their durability under pressure make them ideal for harsh environments and electric vehicle architectures.

Manufactured With Precision

All auCoustic products are manufactured to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards and tested to customer specifications. They are compatible with a wide range of processing methods, including heat-lamination, press-forming, die-cutting and CNC trimming.

Broader Industry Use

Beyond automotive, auCoustic materials are used in commercial transport, industrial systems, office pods and construction applications where noise control, heat resistance and lightweight materials are essential.
