Tailored to Application

The auFleece range is available in a wide selection of densities, thicknesses and bonding types to match customer specifications. Whether used as a standalone absorber or layered with barrier and foam materials, our fleeces are supplied cut to size, die-cut or roll-fed for efficient processing.

TBG

A lightweight thermal bonding fleece used in automotive and industrial components. TBG offers consistent fibre distribution, soft handling and effective acoustic absorption. It performs well as a standalone layer or as part of a multi-material assembly.

DBG

A dual-bonded fleece that combines needle punching and thermal bonding to deliver enhanced structure and stability. DBG is ideal for parts requiring form retention, sound absorption and clean edge finishing in both visible and concealed zones.

A31

Our highest-performing fleece, Neptune is a proprietary microfibre nonwoven developed by Autins. It delivers exceptional low-frequency acoustic absorption and thermal performance at a low weight. Suitable for demanding NVH environments.
