At Autins, our process combines innovation, precision and structure to turn ideas into robust, manufacturable solutions across design, testing, conversion and delivery.
Streamlined Innovation.
Reliable Processes.
Exceptional Results.
High‑Performance Conversion and Assembly
We turn raw materials into complex parts with accurate assembly, shape formation and finishing.
Autins operates advanced conversion and assembly equipment that allows us to produce consistent parts at scale. We offer cutting with belt presses, cut & seal tools, press moulding, waterjet and vacuum moulding, as well as sonic welding and sewing. Each process is tailored to the material type and the required application. Our ability to combine lamination and contouring in‑line saves time and improves part consistency.
From First Sample to Production Confidence
We validate design early through prototyping so that final products meet performance and manufacturability targets.
When a customer brief arrives, we deliver prototype solutions quickly, refining material selection, shape, fit, and finish. Prototypes are produced using CNC, moulding tools or manual processes where needed. We take testing results back into the design loop so that production parts perform as intended without surprise.
Testing That Matches the Demands
Material and component performance is confirmed in lab and in simulated conditions to ensure reliability.
Our Technical Centre carries out acoustic, thermal, mechanical and environmental tests. Materials are put through fatigue, ageing, vibration, sealing or heat cycles as required. Testing data is used to refine processes, confirm compliance and ensure that materials selected deliver required performance under real‑world stress.
Process Control from Project Kick‑Off to Launch
We bring control, visibility and discipline to every stage of product realisation.
Our programme management team makes sure every project stays on time, on budget and to specification. We prepare detailed Gantt charts, risk management plans and hold weekly reviews. Whether it is a niche NVH solution or high volume production, we maintain full transparency and adapt quickly as customer needs evolve. Continuous review allows us to simplify processes, improve quality and reduce cost.
